8:00 a.m.     Steers Arrive & Weigh-In
8:00 a.m.     Heifers Arrive & Check-In

8:00 a.m.     Roasters: Sift & Show

8:30 a.m.     Broilers: Sift & Show

9:00 a.m.     Turkeys: Sift & Show 

10:30 a.m.   Rabbits Arrive, Weigh-In, Sift & Show

4:30 p.m.     Judging Begins With Market Lambs
                     Breeding Ewes (directly follows Lambs)
5:00 p.m.     Market Goats
                     Breeding Does (directly follows Market Goats)
6:00 p.m.     Market Steers
                     Junior Beef Heifers (directly follows Market Steers)
7:00 p.m.     Market Swine
