Good evening my name is Kennedi Butcher and I am your reigning 2016-2017 Miss Cowgirl. This year I was a part of the Veterans Day and Christmas Parades. I also attended the annual lighting of the Christmas tree and passed out hot chocolate, and helped the youth roast marshmallows. I also helped them as they met Santa Claus. In May, I also went to Warriors weekend, it was truly humbling to seeing and meeting all the veterans and hearing their stories. It is something I will never forget. I would like to thank my Mom, Tiffany Butcher and my dad David Butcher for supporting me through my reign. This is an experience that I have truly been grateful to be able to represent Calhoun County. I would like to wish all the Miss Cowgirl contestants good luck and remember no matter what happens you are all amazing. Thank you, your 2016-2017 Miss Cowgirl, Kennedi Butcher
